- Who needs our services?
Our services are designed to assist seniors and individuals of any age who need medical care or assistance with activities of daily living in order to continue living in their own homes, and for adult children who are struggling to care for their aging parents.
- Why choose us?
The referred caregivers provide services in the comfort of your home. You can be comfortable knowing that you, your loved one, or your residents will receive high-quality care from skilled, caring, reliable, and compassionate professionals.
- How do you ensure quality service?
We are only a call away, 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
- How long has your Registry been in business?
JN Nursing Registry Inc. has been in operation for more than 15 years.
- Does your Registry have a fully staffed office?
In addition to our referred health care providers, JN Nursing Registry Inc. is fully staffed with administrators, staff managers, patient care coordinators, a marketing and sales manager and administrative assistants.
- How do I know I can trust your employees?
Our employees as well as the referred caregivers all undergo a level II FBI Background Screening.
- Is a personalized care plan developed with me during the assessment ?
A personalized care plan can be developed for you based on a thorough understanding of your needs.
- How do you ensure your clients confidentiality?
We are HIPAA compliant, and value and protect our clients confidential information. We do not release confidential information about our clients to any unauthorized persons.
- Will you coordinate with my doctor “when necessary”?
Yes, when necessary, your patient care coordinator will work with your doctor(s) to ensure we are following the most up-to-date orders and care plan.
- Does the Registry coordinate providers?
For your convenience, we work with other healthcare providers to facilitate various services you may need. We have strong working relationships with organizations like home health agencies, hospice care, facility centers, hospitals, durable medical equipment providers, and transportation companies.
- Who needs our services?

- Do you encourage / facilitate regular conversations with the family about the client’s care?
Yes, we understand that feedback and regular updates are important, so we communicate regularly with our clients’ family members. We remind the family that they can and should always be in contact with the referred caregiver.
- To whom can the family direct questions or make complaints?
Complaints should be made to the relevant authority, including the (AHCA) Agency for Health Care Administration and/or law enforcement. Family members can also ask questions or make complaints by calling our office. Please remember that we are HIPAA compliant and value our clients’ confidentiality. We do not release confidential information to any unauthorized persons.
- What if I’m not satisfied?
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not satisfied, we want to hear from you. Remember, you have the right to request another caregiver. It is your choice.
- How fast can you respond to an emergency need? Are caregivers available 24 hours, 7 days a week?

- Can I interview the caregiver before accepting care?
Yes, you can interview the referred caregiver. If you don’t feel a caregiver is a good match, you can choose another caregiver.
- Can you send someone within 24 hours?
Our quick response team can arrange services in less than 24 hours when you call us.
- Will the caregiver call before arriving?
In the case of new clients, the referred caregivers will call before arriving. After the first visit, you can instruct the caregiver how to proceed. You can schedule the caregiver according to your preference.
- Are the caregivers who come into the homes insured?
Yes, the referred caregivers have their own liability coverage.
- Is JN Nursing Registry Inc. licensed or certified?
Yes, we are licensed by the State in the counties we serve.
- How are caregivers referred?
We refer caregivers according to the patient’s needs. During our intake process, we gain a thorough understanding of your needs so that we can refer the best caregiver.
- How do you screen the caregivers?
Screening is an essential part of being able to refer qualified caregivers. By law, all referred caregivers have to undergo a level II FBI Background Screening.We also review the references of all caregivers prior to referring them.
- What are the qualification of the person who will do my initial assessment?
If an initial assessment is required, it is usually performed by a registered nurse.
- Can the caregivers speak languages other than English, if needed?
Yes, there are some caregivers who speak Spanish and French.
- Can I interview the caregiver before accepting care?

- What are my Health Care payment options?
JN Nursing Registry Inc. accepts personal checks, all major credit cards and cash. We also accept most long term care insurance policies. Your patient care coordinator will explain all payment options to you.
- Do you accept private health care or long-term care insurance?
Yes, we accept private healthcare and long-term care insurance and all approved Veterans Health Care Programs.
- When is payment due?
Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice/bill. Your patient care coordinator will be able to arrange your billing date with you.
- Does payment go to the Registry or the caregiver directly?
All payments go to JN Nursing Registry Inc. Also, since we work directly with the insurance companies for billing, payments are not made to the caregivers. JN Nursing Registry Inc, acts as a billing and collection agent for the referred caregivers.
- Are hourly rates for couples different than for individuals?
Yes, the referred caregivers request separate rates.
- Do the caregivers charge mileage to and from my home?
No, the referred caregivers do not charge for mileage.
- Do the caregivers charge travel time to and from my home?
No, the referred caregivers do not charge for travel time.
- Are payment plan options provided?
We always discuss payment plan options with our clients.
- What are my Health Care payment options?

- Can I request short-term as well as long-term assistance?
Yes, the referred caregivers provide both short-term as well as long-term assistance.
- What types of services do the caregivers provide?
The referred caregivers have the capacity to accommodate a full range of home health care needs, from light duty and companion care to full service nursing care.
- What happens if I need different tasks done each week?
We are able to refer caregivers based upon your needs. You should inform your caregiver and update us as this may require approval from your insurance carrier and may affect your rate of payment.
- How many hours is a minimum shift? How many hours is a maximum shift?
The minimum shift is 4 hours/day. The maximum shift is 24 hours/day.
- How soon can care start?
Our services are organized in such a way that we can refer a caregiver the same day you call.
- Is assistance on weekends available?
Yes, referred caregivers are available to assist you on weekends. Also, remember that our 24/7 service provides any-time assistance.
- Is assistance on holidays available?
Yes, referred caregivers are available to assist you on holidays.
- Is assistance for emergencies and/or short notice available?
Referred caregivers are available for emergencies and on short notice. We have people ready to help you. If you have an emergency, please call us.
- How do I arrange home health care services?
To arrange home health care services, simply call us at 561-330-6530 and we will be there to help you and your loved ones.
- Can I request short-term as well as long-term assistance?
- INSURANCE QUESTIONS
- Do you accept private health care or long-term care insurance?
Yes, we accept both private health care and long-term care insurance.
- How do I go about activating and processing my insurance?
A representative from our Billing Department will coordinate with your insurance company to activate your policy and process the necessary claim forms.
- Do I have to pay out-of-pocket and then be reimbursed by my insurance company?
JN Nursing Registry Inc, may accept an assignment of benefits from your insurance company. In this scenario, we will bill your insurance company and await payment.
- Do you accept private health care or long-term care insurance?
